Getting paneled (accepted) to accept someone's insurance is a slow process, so *please* check back for updates!  Being new to Massachusetts, VCS only accepts a few at this time - HOWEVER - your insurance may be accepted through SonderMind or Ellie Mental Health, so you may be able to book with me through those services!

Please note that insurance may only cover up to a certain amount, so you may be responsible for out of pocket costs (Co-pays and deductibles).

Sliding scale/fee reduction may be available for individuals who may need financial assistance, or for clients whose insurance I do not accept.

Current cash rates through VCS, before and after sliding scale is applied:

​Adults: $250/hr  (sliding scale may fall between 75 and 250)

Children: $350/hr (sliding scale may fall between 100 and 350)

Please know that your access to services is of the utmost importance to me.  If the amounts below feel too high, or you need a payment plan, we can certainly discuss these situations.  It is easy to feel disheartened or embarrassed, but I promise you do no need to - we can find a payment arrangement for most people.

• HSAs - most are accepted, but please discuss first.

• Cryptocurrency is not accepted. 

• No trading or bartering for services is allowed.​​​​​

• HUMANA is not accepting new counselors at this time

• Kaiser Permanente - I have not been invited by Kaiser to accept their insurance.

• Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) - At this time, EAP programs are not directly covered.

• FSAs - At this time, FSAs are not accepted.​​
