Velles Counseling Services LLC. provides counseling to children and adults, as well as consulting for various organizations.  Dr. Christopher Elliott is the owner and operating clinician, and he understands the barriers to treatment you may be facing and encourages you to reach out. Additionally, anyone who has found it difficult to seek help for ANY concern is welcome here and encouraged to reach out.  Services here are non-judgmental regardless of race, sex, gender, identity, orientation, or other facets of being.  Your sessions are private (with exceptions about safety) and safe.

​Calls will be returned in 1-3 days, weekends included.  Email is perfectly fine way to reach out if you are comfortable.  Share what you are looking for and we will get back to you - just leave your name and number (even in email) with the best days and times to contact you.

If you have questions - reach out.  If you are scared - reach out.  If you don't want to do this - reach out!  This is for you and you deserve support.

Your first session will be your easiest and hardest: You will share anything you want about yourself, you will ask questions, and you will try to feel comfortable.  You will do as much or as little as you can, and that is perfectly ok.  Therapy is a collaborative but personal process and it cannot be rushed.  Most people leave feeling much better.  Some feel more afraid, but have found a safe place to work through the fear!

​​​​​IMPORTANT: Prior to your first session, it is very important that you have submitted your paperwork (the files below), including your insurance card and a card on file - this is in case of no call/no shows, which will result in a $125 charge.  You are more than welcome to call to reschedule, but it is important that this happens no less than 24 hours before your session, so I can try to fill the time slot with another patient.  I try to keep a very flexible cancellation policy but some people still do not show and it is not fair to myself or others.
